About Us
Hello… we’re Quadrant2Design, exhibition stand designers and build contractors.
We’re also one of the worlds busiest contractors involved in around 400 to 500 individual stand projects every year!
Our mission is to end the shocking waste of traditional stand building, by replacing ‘build ‘n’ burn’ stands with our reusable custom-designed stands, created in our exclusive Prestige Events System.
With Quadrant2Design, your exhibition stands is custom-designed but are also reconfigurable for different stand space. Allowing you to reuse your stand again and again, in different space at different shows.
At Quadrant2Design we leverage reusability in all its forms through our business-systems, processes and offers such as Free Hire Plan and Lifetime Free Design.
Our design studio and factory are in Poole, Dorset, on the United Kindoms south coast, not far from the famous Sandbanks, and nestled between the New Forest to our east and the Jurassic Coast to our west.
We number some 47 colleagues: 3D spatial designers, graphic designers, web designers, project managers, stand builders and fitters. Everything is ‘in-house’.

The key to our popularity with exhibitors, is that we give them custom-designed exhibition stands that are reusable in different space.
This not only makes your exhibiting extraordinarily efficient, it’s also very cost-effective, especially over a number of events.
All of our stands at Quadrant2Design are designed and built in our amazing Prestige Events System.
And the Prestige system is important to us… it allows us to create stunning exhibition stands with the 100% Graphic Look – seamless panoramic displays, supported by an invisible stand structure – ideal for creating beautiful branded landscapes.
Custom designed yet reusable
Quadrant2Design’s exhibition stands look, act and feel like a custom-designed stand, with 100% personalised graphics wrapped around an invisible supporting structure.
The key difference with our stands, is that the structure and graphics can be disassembled and re-made into differently sized and shaped structures.
This allows us to reconfigure your stand to fit future stand space – saving you money – and ensuring you carry a consistent brand look and identity through all your exhibiting.
Pre-Build & Dress Rehearsal
With our competitors, your exhibition stands get built, for the first time, at the show build-up. Of course, that’s far too late if anything is wrong with the stand!
In fact, we consider it reckless, not to pre-build your exhition stand. It’s our chance to check that everything present and correct – and that your exhibition stand is perfect – before the ‘real-build’ at your tradeshow.
Of course, we welcome your presence at the pre-build of your exhibition stand.
As well as the ‘ultimate quality control check’ your stand, many exhibitors use the pre-build as a dress-rehearsal, to understand the space and decide on product placement.
All pre-builds take place at Quadrant2Design’s studio and factory in Poole, Dorset.
